Straw yellow with a green hue. Expressive nose with blackcurrant buds, lemon, papaya and oily honey wax. Full body combined with a round and soft mouthfeel. Medium flavor intensity on the palate. High acidity, bit harsh yet quite long lasting with a hint of bitter shaddock. Two hours later, we surprisingly find out that it has developed much more complex flavor on the nose like grass and green pepper. Already mellowed acidity makes the wine more tasty than before!<\/p>\n

Terrace Heights Estate Malborough Sauvignon Blanc 2008<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lovely and expressive gooseberry, yellow peach and herbaceous on the nose. Round and gentle. Medium to full body combined with the acidity of the same degree. Long lasting acidity mingled with expressive flavor on the palate. Enjoyable aftertaste.<\/p>\n

In Situ Aconcagua Sauvignon Blanc 2010<\/strong><\/p>\n

A simple and easy drinking Chilean Sauvignon Blanc. Sulphide was a bit noticeable. Weak flavor on the nose with the scent of bordered buds. Not very well structured, medium to light\u00a0 body, medium acidity, yet still balanced. Feeble aftertaste.<\/p>\n

Cloudy Bay Malborough Sauvignon Blanc 2009<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vibrant and fresh asparagus, guava, mango and fruit corn. Exotic bouquet. Medium to full body interacted with high acidity. Round and balanced. Juicy aftertaste linger for a long time!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
