【上月旅途回顾】格鲁吉亚人对葡萄酒和葡萄的热爱也是到了骨子里。到处是喝酒的馆子，还有绿化和庭院里也种着葡萄。
在第比利斯的“南锣鼓巷”，街头一个铜像吸引了我，仔细一看那么显赫的位置，那么多人在合照，原来是一个放大了17倍的复制品。
原作在格鲁吉亚国家博物馆，是公元前8到7世纪的文物，是一个【酒司令】，格鲁吉亚家喻户晓的名词。
酒司令英文写成Tamada，对！读起来，很像咱们的流行语：TMD。
酒司令是酒席上设置的祝酒人，有点像酒席上的司仪，每一轮正式祝酒喝酒都由ta来引导，ta发布祝酒词或者ta指定在座的宾客来说祝酒词。
祝酒词往往是要穿插很多历史文化、口述传颂的民间故事或是段子，还有很多五花八门的知识点等。所以酒司令经常是由席间知识渊博者、具有一定威望的人士来担任。
我们也在格鲁吉亚著名的精品酒庄：穆赫酒庄(Chateau Mukhrani)，午宴中感受了酒司令的角色功能。长条桌顶头座位的小胡子先生是我们桌的酒司令。
