Jacques Lurton Tourain Sauvignon Blanc 2007

稻草黄微微泛绿，浓郁的黑醋栗芽苞，柠檬，木瓜的味道以及蜂蜡的油脂感。刚开始品饮时，感觉口感非常凝缩圆润，丰满的酒体，口中香气浓郁度中等，高酸度持续性强，酸度有些强悍，余韵中长。

回味中有些苦柚的味道，总体感觉虽然整体平衡但酸度有些过分尖锐，相信会有比较好的陈年潜力。两小时后香气反而更加复杂，青草，青椒的味道。酸度柔和许多，已经十分可口。让人很惊喜的葡萄酒！

浓郁讨喜的鹅果,黄桃和柚子的味道夹杂着草本植物的清香。口感更加柔和圆润，中重酒体，酸度中高更温和但持续，口中香气浓郁，余韵中充满了喜人的果香。

In Situ Aconcagua Sauvignon Blanc 2010

相对简单的智利长相思，刚开平时硫化物的味道有些明显。清淡的香气，偶尔飘散出一些黄杨芽的气息。酒体清浅结构有些松散，酸度中等相对比较平衡，余韵有些柔弱。

Cloudy Bay Malborough Sauvignon Blanc 2009

芦笋，番石榴，芒果以及水果玉米的味道构成了一股香浓奇特的气息，中重酒体配以中高的酸度，圆润而平衡。口中香气已然浓郁，余韵悠长。

Jacques Lurton Tourain Sauvignon Blanc 2007

Straw yellow with a green hue. Expressive nose with blackcurrant buds, lemon, papaya and oily honey wax. Full body combined with a round and soft mouthfeel. Medium flavor intensity on the palate. High acidity, bit harsh yet quite long lasting with a hint of bitter shaddock. Two hours later, we surprisingly find out that it has developed much more complex flavor on the nose like grass and green pepper. Already mellowed acidity makes the wine more tasty than before!

Terrace Heights Estate Malborough Sauvignon Blanc 2008

Lovely and expressive gooseberry, yellow peach and herbaceous on the nose. Round and gentle. Medium to full body combined with the acidity of the same degree. Long lasting acidity mingled with expressive flavor on the palate. Enjoyable aftertaste.

In Situ Aconcagua Sauvignon Blanc 2010

A simple and easy drinking Chilean Sauvignon Blanc. Sulphide was a bit noticeable. Weak flavor on the nose with the scent of bordered buds. Not very well structured, medium to light  body, medium acidity, yet still balanced. Feeble aftertaste.

Cloudy Bay Malborough Sauvignon Blanc 2009

Vibrant and fresh asparagus, guava, mango and fruit corn. Exotic bouquet. Medium to full body interacted with high acidity. Round and balanced. Juicy aftertaste linger for a long time!
